Once a badge has been created, various badge management functions can be applied to it.
Withdraw a badge
Withdrawing a badge makes it no longer available for issuing to recipients. At any point a withdrawn badge can be republished, making it available one again for issuing.
Copying a badge
To save authoring time, a badge can be copied to form the basis of another badge. The copied badge is given a 'draft' status and can be edited and amended in any way before it too is published.
Summary view
A summary view of the badge displays all the detail about the badge: Badge name, description, issuer, attributes, criteria, language, tags identifier and the number of times it may have been issued.
Badge listing, sorting and filtering options
Over time, an organisation could publish large numbers of badges. The badge listing has a collection of filtering and sorting options against it, to aid badge organisation and housekeeping.
